About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the hotel's website and position it as the priority channel for electronic distribution
- Manage online platforms and digital media campaigns to optimize digital presence
- Ensure accuracy of property content and presentation on all digital platforms and third-party portals
- Report, analyze, and act upon brand.com statistics to enhance performance and KPIs
- Drive website sales and revenue share to meet targets
- Optimize traffic acquisition strategies and conversion rates
- Ensure consistent brand delivery through social and digital channels in line with corporate guidelines
- Support the implementation of brand, regional, and corporate office strategies and projects
- Take ownership of the hotel's online representation across all digital platforms
