eCommerce Customer Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end eCommerce activation process across EU Pureplay and omnichannel retail partners
• Author retailer eCommerce briefs with clear commercial rationale and defined KPIs
• Lead post-campaign debriefs with retailers and Key Account Managers
• Act as a strategic advisor to challenge proposed activations and stress-test mechanics
• Design and execute on-site retailer campaigns including sponsored placements and brand stores
• Manage campaign implementation within retailer portals and platforms
• Define and manage retail media investment within allocated budgets
• Own digital shelf standards including copy, imagery, and SEO optimization
• Deliver regular performance reporting to senior stakeholders

Requirements

• Significant hands-on experience managing eCommerce marketing campaigns with major retail partners
• Proven track record of owning the full activation lifecycle
• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing A&P budgets
• Solid understanding of retail media platforms and on-site merchandising
• Strong SEO and content optimization capability
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of additional European languages (French, Spanish, Italian, German)
• Experience with PIM systems (e.g. Stibo), DAM platforms, SAP, or Showpad
