eComm Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead daily DTC fulfillment operations across pick, pack, ship, and batching workflows
• Ensure all orders are processed within 2 days or earlier SLA target
• Monitor throughput, backlog, and order flow to maintain consistent output
• Ensure all orders are accurately completed, quality-checked, and closed in the WMS
• Supervise and coach warehouse associates, assigning tasks and setting daily priorities
• Enforce all safety protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA and internal guidelines
• Audit daily operations to ensure compliance with company processes and inventory controls

Requirements

• 1–3 years of fulfillment, warehouse, or distribution experience
• Experience with WMS systems (Extensiv preferred)
• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in multi-shift operations
• Familiarity with batching, wave planning, and inventory processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior lead, senior associate, or informal leadership experience
• Experience in DTC / e-commerce fulfillment
• Exposure to high-volume or high-accuracy fulfillment environments
