About the role
Responsibilities
- Support operational efforts to achieve store goals
- Maintain seamless store operational procedures
- Track, receive, and process inbound inventory shipments
- Complete inventory tasks including store transfers and omni-channel order processing
- Communicate with customer service to resolve order issues
- Meet clientele selling targets via phone and email
- Contribute to Loss Prevention efforts
Requirements
- 1+ years experience in a fast-paced, creative service environment
- Familiarity with desktop, mobile, and digital technologies
- Experience in retail or operationally intensive businesses
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Availability for minimum 20 hours per week and 3 days per week including weekends
