ECM Portfolio Manager

Responsibilities

• Help position DRW as a top-tier ECM investor in the APAC region
• Establish and deepen key stakeholder relationships with private equity sponsors, equity advisors, corporates, and state entities
• Manage day-to-day ECM core operations
• Maintain regular engagement with equity syndicate desks across the region
• Lead live deal engagement and market sounding procedures
• Monitor, evaluate, and decide on deal participation within the ECM Core strategy mandate
• Coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders
• Execute on aftermarket opportunities
• Expand non-standard transaction activity including bilateral trades and club deals

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Portfolio Manager in Equity Capital Markets (ECM)
• Experience with risk-taking responsibilities within an investment mandate
• Ability to lead live ECM deal interactions and business development
• Capability to build and strengthen stakeholder relationships in the APAC region
