About the role
Responsibilities
- Translate high-level requirements into detailed technical specifications ensuring compliance with IEC 61513, IEC 61227, and IEC 61508
- Create detailed designs for electrical, control, and instrumentation systems including schematics, wiring diagrams, and layouts
- Collaborate with vendors to source and manage equipment adhering to technical specifications and timelines
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent military experience
- Proficiency in design and simulation tools such as ETAP or EPLAN
- Knowledge of grid codes, standards, and regulatory frameworks
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in Electrical, Control & Instrumentation engineering
- Experience with industrial or safety-critical projects
- PLC programming and fault-finding (Siemens, Rockwell / Allen-Bradley, Schneider)
- SCADA / HMI development and commissioning
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols like Profibus, Profinet, Modbus, or Ethernet/IP
- Experience with low voltage electrical systems and site commissioning
