Echocardiographer

Responsibilities

• Perform specialist echocardiographic assessments including transthoracic, contrast, bubble study, 3D, Dobutamine, and exercise stress echocardiograms
• Conduct comprehensive echocardiographic investigations and interpret results
• Provide detailed reports to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including cardiologists and healthcare professionals
• Maintain high standards of imaging quality and adhere to BSE guidelines
• Ensure compliance with NHS protocols and health and safety regulations

Requirements

• BSE accreditation (essential)
• Degree in Clinical Physiology or equivalent
• Proven experience in performing and reporting echocardiograms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
