Echocardiographer

Responsibilities

• Perform echocardiograms and analyze results
• Provide detailed reports to the medical team
• Work closely with cardiologists and healthcare professionals for diagnosis and treatment planning
• Maintain and calibrate echocardiography equipment
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Train and mentor junior staff and students
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Manage patient appointments and ensure timely service delivery
• Provide patient education and support regarding procedures

Requirements

• Postgraduate qualification in Echocardiography
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in echocardiography
• Proficiency in performing and interpreting echocardiograms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to continuous professional development
