Echocardiographer

Responsibilities

• Perform specialist echocardiography assessments including transthoracic, transesophageal, and stress echocardiograms
• Conduct cardiac ultrasound imaging, Doppler studies, and cardiac function analysis
• Interpret echocardiograms and assist in diagnostic procedures
• Provide specialist advice to clinicians and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with BSE accreditation standards

Requirements

• Degree in Cardiac Physiology or equivalent
• Extensive experience in echocardiography and cardiac diagnostics
• Strong communication and patient-handling skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications

• BSE or EACVI accreditation
