Echo Technician

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily briefings with staff at floor level
• Manage and supervise all tasks of the team
• Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms, balconies, corridors, and pantries
• Supervise public areas and replenish guest supplies
• Attend to reports on damage or malfunction in rooms
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and conduct regular room checklists
• Record room status accurately and report unusual activities
• Assist Executive Housekeeper with attendance and performance assessments
• Adhere to hotel fire and life safety/emergency procedures

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional presentation
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
• Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
