About the role

Responsibilities

  • Process, analyze, interpret, and edit ECG cardiac data to ensure clinical accuracy and completeness
  • Identify and communicate ECG abnormalities that meet established notification criteria
  • Build comprehensive cardiac monitoring reports, including summaries of findings and applicable ECG strips
  • Achieve and maintain monthly productivity and quality metric goals
  • Maintain compliance with job-specific proficiency requirements and certification standards
  • Collaborate with Electrophysiology Mentors and expert analysis teams to clarify difficult interpretations

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass the ECG Training Course (75% or better) and the BDx Software Training Course upon hire
  • Commitment to obtaining CRAT or CCT certification within 12 months of hire
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work onsite in Minneapolis, MN, Monday through Friday

Preferred Qualifications

  • 0–3 years of ECG interpretation experience with in-depth arrhythmia knowledge
  • Prior experience as a Holter, Event, or Telemetry technician in an ambulatory monitoring setting
  • Current CRAT or CCT certification
  • Knowledge of medical terminology specific to Cardiology and Electrophysiology
  • Some college coursework
