About the role

Responsibilities

  • Process, analyze, interpret, and edit ECG cardiac data for clinical accuracy and completeness
  • Identify and communicate ECG abnormalities that meet established notification criteria
  • Build comprehensive CAM reports, including summaries of findings and applicable ECG strips
  • Achieve and maintain monthly metric goals for quality and productivity
  • Maintain compliance with job-specific proficiency requirements and certifications
  • Collaborate with Electrophysiology Mentors and expert analysis teams to ensure high-quality cardiac monitoring reports

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass the ECG Training Course (75% or better) and the BDx Software Training Course upon hire
  • Must obtain CRAT or CCT certification within 12 months of hire date
  • Excellent attention-to-detail and written/verbal communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and ability to contribute to a positive team culture

Preferred Qualifications

  • 0-3 years of ECG interpretation experience with in-depth arrhythmia knowledge
  • Prior experience as a Holter, Event, or Telemetry technician in an ambulatory setting
  • Current CRAT or CCT certification
  • Knowledge of medical terminology specific to Cardiology and Electrophysiology
  • Some college coursework
