Responsibilities
- Lead a team of experienced teachers across three rooms
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Centre
- Ensure best practice in staff management, curriculum, compliance, policies, and procedures
- Deliver high-quality education and care to children
- Work closely with owners to support organizational goals
Requirements
- Accomplished leadership experience with a collaborative style
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to build connections with children, parents, caregivers, whanau, and the community
- Sound understanding of ministry requirements
- Passion for early childhood education
