About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the early childhood centre
- Work closely with the owners to lead a team of experienced teachers across three rooms
- Ensure best practice in staff management, curriculum, compliance, policies and procedures
- Deliver the highest quality of education and care to children
