EB Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control the taxation process to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Manage client escalations and resolve discrepancies
• Analyse and input tax certification data
• Process payments using accurate tax rates
• Report tax information to depositaries and relevant authorities
• Analyse market information and escalate any identified discrepancies
• Participate in continuous improvement processes based on Lean principles

Requirements

• Fluent in English with strong communication skills
• Strong analytical thinking and investigative mindset
• Risk-minded approach with a high sense of responsibility and ownership
• Excellent multitasking and prioritizing skills
• Ability to work effectively as a team player
• Previous experience in Banking Operations is considered an asset
