EB Operations Analyst - Corporate Actions

Responsibilities

• Manage mandatory and voluntary Corporate Action events for various instruments including fixed income, equities, warrants, Depositary Receipts, and ETFs
• Handle custody instructions promptly and efficiently to ensure flawless processing
• Credit proceeds accurately to client accounts
• Collaborate with agents to serve client interests and identify efficient solutions
• Conduct regular cash and securities reconciliation
• Respond to inquiries from the client service team with clear and detailed information
• Contribute to continuous process improvement and participate in problem-solving sessions to identify operational gaps

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Financial Services
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle high volumes while maintaining accuracy
• High level of accountability and ownership over tasks
• Proactive learner with a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to remain flexible and adaptable to changing environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience specifically within Corporate Actions operations
