About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze financial operations of overseas subsidiaries in Japan and China
- Prepare monthly financial performance, estimates, and business plan reporting to support management decision-making
- Establish financial process standardization and internal reporting systems for new subsidiaries
- Collaborate with local organizations to drive financial operation improvement tasks
- Respond to financial issues related to Post-Merger Integration (PMI)
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or FP&A
- Proficiency in financial statement analysis
- Business-level Japanese communication skills for global collaboration
- Ability to structure complex financial data and derive management insights
- Proficiency in office productivity tools
- Ability to travel overseas
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field
- CPA or other relevant accounting certifications
- Experience in global business or overseas subsidiary financial management
- Understanding of the gaming, advertising, or animation industries
- Experience with PMI projects
- Experience using ERP, BI tools, or AI for work efficiency
