Earthmoving Foreman

Responsibilities

• Convert project planning into detailed schedules and work methods to ensure efficient realization according to contract (quality, planning, and budget)
• Ensure timely availability of correct work methods, employees, and equipment in consultation with internal and external stakeholders
• Identify and report deviations from the contract and act accordingly
• Instruct and motivate project employees, machine operators, and subcontractors in a coaching manner
• Build qualitative relationships with clients
• Report on project progress on a daily and weekly basis
• Continuously seek process improvements together with the team of specialists

Requirements

• MBO vocational education level with a hands-on mentality
• Minimum three years of experience as a Foreman or Assistant Foreman in earthmoving
• Willingness to travel throughout the Netherlands and stay overnight
• Desire to master the craft rather than immediate rapid career progression
• Affinity with earthmoving machinery is a plus
