Early Years Teacher Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide support to lead teachers in the classroom environment
• Assist in the care and supervision of children aged 2-5
• Maintain a nurturing, compassionate, and safe environment for all students
• Support classroom organization and time management tasks
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff members

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience working with children aged 2-5 in a school or daycare setting
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate patience and a nurturing manner with small children
• Basic IT skills
• Availability for the full short-term cover period from 03 August to 10 December 2026

Preferred Qualifications

• International teaching or childcare experience
• Additional specialized qualifications in Early Childhood education
