Full & Relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification, Experience in Early Years setting, Understanding of EYFS Framework, Safeguarding knowledge

About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the daily operation of the After School Club
  • Plan and deliver engaging EYFS-based activities
  • Support children's learning, development and wellbeing through play
  • Supervise and inspire team members
  • Ensure compliance with the EYFS Framework, safeguarding and health & safety requirements
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers and school staff
  • Maintain accurate records and complete relevant documentation
  • Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment for all children

Requirements

  • Full & Relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Experience working within an Early Years setting
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework and safeguarding
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Positive, proactive and caring approach

Preferred Qualifications

  • Leadership or supervisory experience
