Full & Relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification, Experience in Early Years setting, Understanding of EYFS Framework, Safeguarding knowledge
About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operation of the After School Club
- Plan and deliver engaging EYFS-based activities
- Support children's learning, development and wellbeing through play
- Supervise and inspire team members
- Ensure compliance with the EYFS Framework, safeguarding and health & safety requirements
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers and school staff
- Maintain accurate records and complete relevant documentation
- Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment for all children
Requirements
- Full & Relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Experience working within an Early Years setting
- Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework and safeguarding
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Positive, proactive and caring approach
Preferred Qualifications
- Leadership or supervisory experience
