Requirements
Level 3 EYFS Childcare Qualification, Experience working within Early Years settings, Leadership or team supervision experience (desirable), Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities, Passionate about working with children and supporting their development, Ability to lead by example and inspire a team
About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the delivery of engaging EYFS-based activities
- Oversee daily routines and ensure high-quality care and provision
- Supervise, support, and motivate team members
- Plan structured activities including games, arts & crafts, structured play, and age-appropriate sports activities
- Ensure compliance with the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and health & safety policies
- Maintain accurate records and complete relevant documentation
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, schools, and central operations
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children
- Take responsibility for safeguarding and welfare of children in your care
- Support behaviour management and promote positive engagement
Requirements
- Level 3 EYFS Childcare Qualification
- Experience working within Early Years settings
