About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate staff in the breakfast and after school club to deliver safe, inclusive programmes
  • Plan, supervise, and deliver engaging activities including games, arts and crafts, and structured play for nursery and reception children
  • Implement safeguarding policies and procedures in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education
  • Ensure the wellbeing and positive experience of all children during club hours

Requirements

  • Level 3 EYFS Childcare Qualification (essential)
  • Management and team leading experience (desirable)
  • Satisfactory DBS check and two references (one from a recent employer and one from a childcare setting if applicable)
  • Commitment to safeguarding and compliance with the Keeping Children Safe in Education policy
