About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate staff in the breakfast and after school club to deliver safe, inclusive programmes
- Plan, supervise, and deliver engaging activities including games, arts and crafts, and structured play for nursery and reception children
- Implement safeguarding policies and procedures in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education
- Ensure the wellbeing and positive experience of all children during club hours
Requirements
- Level 3 EYFS Childcare Qualification (essential)
- Management and team leading experience (desirable)
- Satisfactory DBS check and two references (one from a recent employer and one from a childcare setting if applicable)
- Commitment to safeguarding and compliance with the Keeping Children Safe in Education policy
