Early Years Educator

Responsibilities

• Support the education, welfare, and personal development of young children in a caring and inclusive environment
• Deliver high-quality learning experiences that encourage confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning
• Provide personal care when required and promote positive behavior among students
• Create a safe, stimulating, and well-organized setting for children to thrive
• Build strong professional relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues
• Contribute to wraparound care provision and participate in school events and professional development
• Prioritize safeguarding and the promotion of child welfare in all daily activities

Requirements

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
• Proven experience working with young children in a nursery, pre-school, or school setting
• Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS framework
• Deep commitment to safeguarding and child protection
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively within a team
• Experience working with children aged 0–2 years is highly advantageous
