Early Stage Researcher

Responsibilities

• Manipulate 2D and 3D cultures and cell co-cultures
• Conduct drug testing
• Perform gene expression inhibition
• Execute protein analysis via western blot and mRNA expression
• Perform high-throughput bioinformatic data analyses

Requirements

• Master's degree in Bioinformatics
• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences, Biotechnology, or similar
• High level of English (minimum B2)
• Previous experience in cancer molecular biology laboratory
• Advanced knowledge of bioinformatics
• Experience in in vitro cell culture and drug testing
• Experience in protein extraction and Western blot
• Experience in qPCR and gene expression analyses
• Experience in cytometry techniques

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis from Nanostring technology
• Experience correlating data with clinical data in head and neck tumor environments
