Early Morning Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Process merchandise to be floor-ready and maintain backroom and understock to brand standards
• Replenish merchandise to the sales floor to ensure product availability for customers
• Execute floorset activities and adhere to visual merchandising brand standards
• Drive store sales through proactive customer engagement and product expertise
• Assist with markdowns, re-ticketing, and the mark-out-of-stock process
• Maintain a safe working environment and support loss prevention efforts

Requirements

• Desire to exceed customer expectations and provide exceptional service
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency and maintain a team focus
• Resilience and the ability to bounce back quickly from setbacks
• Schedule flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stretch for prolonged periods
