Early Lifecycle Manager

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end project lifecycles for new site launches, including requirements gathering, planning, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
• Drive on-ground commissioning and qualification execution, including vendor validation for mechanical, electrical, and controls systems.
• Manage high-volume throughput testing and Final Acceptance sign-off for material handling equipment (MHE).
• Coordinate OEM equipment training programs and support the development of RME onboarding programs.
• Capture lessons learned from launch cycles to drive continuous process improvements for future site deployments.
• Partner with Procurement, Engineering, and Operations teams to align equipment specifications with reliability requirements.
• Communicate project status and escalate risks or delays to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of program or project management experience.
• Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time to launch sites.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology.
• Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with cross-functional interactions.
• Experience in requirement gathering and the ability to write clear, detailed requirement documents.
• Experience with material handling systems (MHS) installation, operation, and maintenance.
