Early Intervention Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based services to families with children birth to 3 years of age
• Utilize a parent coaching model to support family education and training
• Participate in screenings, assessments, and trans-disciplinary team meetings
• Collaborate with community providers, including medical and social service agencies
• Coordinate the development, monitoring, and review of Individual Family Service Plans (IFSP)
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of infant-toddler development

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist licensure by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Allied Professional Health
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, Teams)
• Ability to use computer-based technology including laptops and cell phones
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Two years of pediatric experience
• Bilingual or bicultural capabilities
