Early Intervention Occupational Therapist

Responsibilities

• Utilize a parent coaching model to provide support to families with children birth to 3 years old.
• Provide home-based services and participate in screenings, assessments, and child/parent groups.
• Collaborate with a trans-disciplinary team and community providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Manage an assigned caseload, including the development, monitoring, and review of Individual Family Service Plans (IFSP).
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of infant-toddler development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Allied Professional Health.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in Office365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, Teams) and ability to use computer-based technology.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two years of pediatric experience.
• Bilingual or bicultural capabilities.
