About the role

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all areas of infant-toddler development
  • Utilize a parent coaching model when working with families
  • Participate in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, and home visits as part of a trans-disciplinary team
  • Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area
  • Collaborate with community providers, including medical providers and social service agencies, to ensure continuity of care
  • Manage an assigned caseload, including the development, monitoring, and review of Individual Family Service Plans

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, special education, child studies, or a related field
  • Minimum of 300 hours of practicum or work experience with children under five years of age
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams) and Adobe
  • Ability to use computer-based technology, including laptops and cell phones
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
