About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide early intervention ABA services to a small caseload of six clients (ages 1-6)
- Maintain a billable expectation of 25 hours per week in a center-based environment
- Collaborate on-site with Clinical Directors, Behavior Analysts, and Speech Therapists
- Utilize trauma-assumed care and focus on skill acquisition for young children
- Participate in clinical collaboration, mentorship, and professional development opportunities
Requirements
- BCBA certification
- Proven experience working with early intervention populations
- A strong passion for working with young children and their families
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in pursuing leadership roles such as Clinical Director or Training Coordinator
- Experience in mentoring Student Analysts or first-year BCBAs
