Early Intervention BCBA

Responsibilities

• Support a small caseload of six early intervention clients (ages 1-6) in a center-based environment
• Maintain a billable expectation of 25 hours per week
• Collaborate on-site with Clinical Directors, Behavior Analysts, and Speech Therapists
• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care with a focus on skill acquisition and trauma-assumed care
• Participate in clinical collaboration, mentorship, and professional development opportunities

Requirements

• BCBA certification
• Experience working with early intervention clients (ages 1-6)
• A passion for evidence-based care and working with young children
