About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide early intervention services for a small caseload of six clients (ages 1-6)
- Maintain a billable expectation of 25 hours per week
- Collaborate on-site with Clinical Directors, Behavior Analysts, and Speech Therapists
- Utilize trauma-assumed care and evidence-based practices to support skill acquisition
- Participate in clinical collaboration, mentorship, and professional development opportunities
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Proven experience working with early intervention populations
- A strong passion for working with young children
