Early Intervention BCBA

Responsibilities

• Provide early intervention services for a small caseload of six clients (ages 1-6)
• Maintain a billable expectation of 25 hours per week
• Collaborate on-site with Clinical Directors, Behavior Analysts, and Speech Therapists
• Utilize trauma-assumed care and evidence-based practices to support skill acquisition
• Participate in clinical collaboration, mentorship, and professional development opportunities

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Proven experience working with early intervention populations
• A strong passion for working with young children
