Early College Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Strengthen the Rural Early College Network 2.0 (RECN 2) project through focused support for data coordination and event planning.
• Provide school-based support and early college development to ensure project activities are responsive to partner needs.
• Manage project details and documentation to ensure implementation aligns with the goals and requirements of the RECN 2 EIR grant.
• Support consistent project implementation across participating schools to expand high-quality early college opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience working in K-12 education, specifically within early college and dual credit environments.
• Proven experience organizing information, managing project details, and communicating with educational partners.
• Experience working with school-based data management.
• Strong skills in supporting school teams and managing complex project logistics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or progress toward an advanced degree in education, educational leadership, higher education, or a related field.
• Experience leading or coordinating an early college program.
• Experience supporting school improvement through grant-funded projects.
• Experience with event planning, professional learning activities, school visits, or large-scale convenings.
