Early Clinical Trial Physician

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary source of medical accountability and oversight for multiple clinical trials
• Manage early development clinical trials, including Phase 1 First-in-Human (FIH) studies (e.g., SAD/MAD, dose escalation/expansion)
• Ensure strong cross-functional collaboration and global alignment across clinical, regulatory, safety, and operational stakeholders
• Provide medical and scientific expertise to cross-functional BMS colleagues
• Drive clinical development strategy, design, execution, and interpretation of clinical trials

Requirements

• Medical degree or equivalent professional qualification
• Demonstrated decision-making capabilities in clinical trial management
• Experience in early clinical development or Phase 1 studies
• Ability to collaborate with global cross-functional teams
