Early Childhood Teacher

Responsibilities

• Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with the Spanish curriculum
• Establish a warm, inclusive classroom that supports social-emotional growth
• Promote active learning through hands-on, inquiry-based, and interactive activities
• Assess and monitor student progress using formative and summative methods
• Maintain effective communication with parents through regular updates and meetings
• Implement behavior management strategies to ensure a safe and nurturing environment
• Collaborate with educators on interdisciplinary projects and whole-child development
• Support the integration of cultural awareness and diversity into daily learning

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Years Education from a Spanish University or recognized by the MoE Spain
• Proven experience teaching preschool, preferably in a multicultural or international setting
• Native Spanish speaker with essential proficiency in English
• Strong knowledge of the Spanish curriculum and innovative teaching methodologies
• Excellent classroom management and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work in a multicultural setting with flexibility and adaptability
