Early Childhood Teacher

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, play-based activities to support the social and educational development of young children
• Observe behaviors, plan activities, and facilitate learning in a supportive environment
• Collaborate with experienced teachers regarding milestone development, classroom management, and developmentally appropriate practices
• Communicate effectively with parents to provide updates on their child's daily progress
• Foster a love for learning by identifying and nurturing the unique strengths of each child

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma
• A strong passion for working with children ages 8 weeks to 5 years
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
• Commitment to working on-site at the Omaha office at least four days a week (minimum 10 hours per week)
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. (position is not eligible for visa sponsorship)
