Early Childhood Teacher

Responsibilities

• Foster the learning and development of infants and toddlers through play-based activities
• Create individualized, proactive, and engaging learning experiences based on each child's unique interests
• Establish a caring atmosphere and build positive connections with children, parents, and colleagues
• Provide parents with thoughtful updates regarding their child's daily activities and developmental progress
• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and dependable environment for all children in the classroom

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• At least one year of experience working in an early childhood setting
• Availability to work Monday through Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
• Valid US work authorization (position is not eligible for visa sponsorship)

Preferred Qualifications

• Early childhood or education-based college coursework
