Early Childhood Sports Coach

Responsibilities

• Lead children in fun and educational sports activities
• Ensure safety for all participants during classes
• Use individual attention to ensure every child has success
• Implement a non-competitive approach to create a stress-free environment
• Use positive reinforcement to encourage children and celebrate success
• Apply patience and understanding to meet individual children's needs
• Teach sports, nutrition, and muscle groups to children aged 2-8

Requirements

• Prior experience working with children (sports coach, teacher, camper, or leader)
• Availability during morning or early afternoon hours (Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm or Weekends 9:00-12:00)
• Ability to travel to various schools, parks, and recreational centers
• High level of patience
• Ability to hold and manage sports equipment
