Early Childhood Educator

Responsibilities

• Provide quality education and care to children in a warm, homely preschool environment
• Contribute to planning educational programs that support each child's learning goals
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and the community
• Facilitate nature-based play using local parks, fields, and community spaces

Requirements

• Valid NSW Working with Children's Check (WWCC) cleared for paid work
• Cleared National Criminal Record Check
• Evidence of completion of the National Child Safety Training Foundation Course
• Demonstrated commitment to protecting children from abuse, harm, and neglect
• Demonstrated commitment to cultural safety for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families
• Details of two referees, including one current or recent manager or supervisor
• Dedication to improving the lives of children, families, and the community
• Fun-loving attitude and enthusiasm for early learning
