About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for teachers, assistant teachers, Center Directors, and administrators
- Source candidates via job boards, social media, and community partnerships
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified early childhood education professionals
- Conduct phone interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Manage onboarding processes including offer letters, documentation, and background checks
- Partner with Center Directors to address staffing needs and track recruiting metrics
- Travel to Houston and Austin locations as needed to support hiring events and operations
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience as a Center Director in a licensed Illinois preschool program
- Must be Director Qualified per state of IL 407 guidelines
- Minimum two years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to respond effectively during emergency or crisis situations
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience using Rippling HRIS
- Knowledge of CDA credentials and teacher development programs
