Early Childhood Education Recruitment Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for teachers, assistant teachers, Center Directors, and administrators
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, and community partnerships
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified early childhood education professionals
• Conduct phone interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Manage onboarding processes including offer letters, documentation, and background checks
• Partner with Center Directors to address staffing needs and track recruiting metrics
• Travel to Houston and Austin locations as needed to support hiring events and operations

Requirements

• Minimum five years of experience as a Center Director in a licensed Illinois preschool program
• Must be Director Qualified per state of IL 407 guidelines
• Minimum two years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to respond effectively during emergency or crisis situations

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience using Rippling HRIS
• Knowledge of CDA credentials and teacher development programs
