Early Childhood Behavior Technician

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in a clinic or in-home setting through active play and engagement
• Use creative, high-movement methods to teach communication, social cues, and daily living skills
• Collect progress data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs
• Build trust with parents through training and consistent communication

Requirements

• Previous experience working with children (daycare, camp counselor, teaching, coaching, or similar)
• Reliable transportation for travel to clinic and client homes in the Ontario area
• Ability to pass RBT Certification within 90 days of hire
• High energy, patience, and comfort with active engagement

Preferred Qualifications

• Completion of a 40-hour Behavior Technician training course
• Active CPR certification
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) background
