Early Childhood Behavior Technician

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children in their homes as a play leader
• Actively engage, play, and move with children to help them achieve goals
• Use creative, high-energy methods to teach communication, social skills, and daily living abilities
• Record progress data and collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs
• Build trust with parents through consistent, positive communication and in-home support

Requirements

• At least one year of experience working with children (daycare, camp counseling, teaching, coaching, etc.)
• Reliable transportation to client homes
• Ability to pass RBT Certification within 90 days of hire
• Ability to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Completion of a 40-hour Behavior Technician training course
