Early Childhood Behavior Technician (RBT)

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in their homes to help them meet developmental goals
• Use creative, high-movement methods to teach communication, social cues, and daily living skills
• Collect progress data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs
• Build trust with parents through consistent, upbeat communication and in-home support

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience working with children (daycare, camp counselor, teaching, coaching, or similar)
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in the Shelby/Marion area
• Ability to pass RBT Certification within 90 days of hire
• Comfort working inside client homes
• Ability to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Completion of a 40-hour Behavior Technician training course
