Early Careers Talent Lead

Fluidstack is focused on delivering massive compute infrastructure for AI. We acquire power, design and build data centers, and operate them with teams spanning hardware and software to expand human freedom through AI.

Responsibilities

• Build the early careers function from zero, owning strategy and infrastructure
• Run full-cycle recruiting for intern and new graduate roles across technical and non-technical teams
• Design and execute university recruiting strategies by identifying target schools and building faculty relationships
• Co-design internship and new graduate programs with TA and Compensation teams
• Plan and execute on-campus and virtual recruiting events
• Screen early-career candidates for intellectual horsepower and mission alignment
• Track pipeline health, conversion rates, and source quality to report results to leadership
• Build hiring infrastructure, rubrics, and evaluation frameworks

Requirements

• Proven experience building or materially scaling a university recruiting program
• Ability to design long-term programs rather than just filling individual requisitions
• High bar for evaluating potential and mission alignment in early talent
• Ability to create structure from ambiguity and write playbooks
• Data-driven approach to measuring pipeline conversion and source quality

Preferred Qualifications

• University recruiting experience in AI, infrastructure, or deep-technical markets
• Experience building early careers programs at high-growth or zero-to-one companies
• Employer brand strategy experience for campus
• Willingness to travel during peak recruiting cycles
