About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for internship and analyst programs across various functions including investments, marketing, and technology
- Execute campus recruiting strategies and manage the Handshake platform
- Manage candidate pipelines from sourcing through offer acceptance
- Co-manage summer internship and full-time analyst programs end-to-end
- Design and coordinate onboarding, training, mentorship, and professional development programming
- Support recruiting marketing initiatives, social media content, and employer branding
- Track recruiting metrics, market trends, and candidate conversion data
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-6 years of experience in campus recruiting, early careers recruiting, talent acquisition, or program management
- Experience in financial services, investment banking, consulting, or private equity preferred
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies
- Ability to travel for campus events and recruiting activities
- Strong project management and organizational skills
