About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to identify and source high-potential candidates across all departments
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to the final offer stage
- Manage the intern-to-full-time conversion process
- Track and report on pipeline health metrics and conversion rates
- Stay ahead of school trends and the competitive landscape for early-career talent
- Act as a brand ambassador at campus career fairs, conferences, and events
- Collaborate with the Early Careers Programs Manager to ensure seamless onboarding
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in Early Career recruiting
- Experience within a high-growth technology company
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data to optimize hiring funnels
- Strong storytelling and communication skills
- Willingness to travel to campuses and industry events (15-25% during peak seasons)
