Early Careers Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to identify and source high-potential candidates across all departments
• Own the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to the final offer stage
• Manage the intern-to-full-time conversion process
• Track and report on pipeline health metrics and conversion rates
• Stay ahead of school trends and the competitive landscape for early-career talent
• Act as a brand ambassador at campus career fairs, conferences, and events
• Collaborate with the Early Careers Programs Manager to ensure seamless onboarding

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in Early Career recruiting
• Experience within a high-growth technology company
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data to optimize hiring funnels
• Strong storytelling and communication skills
• Willingness to travel to campuses and industry events (15-25% during peak seasons)
