Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support, guidance, and well-being initiatives for apprentices to address personal and professional development needs.
• Act as a mentor and coach to help apprentices navigate challenges and build professional confidence.
• Organize social and networking events to foster community building and integration within the company.
• Partner with apprentice managers to create personalized development plans and provide guidance on performance management.
• Maintain open communication channels to gather feedback and assess program progress.
• Manage logistics for key events including inductions, social gatherings, and graduation ceremonies.
