About the role
Responsibilities
- Gain hands-on experience across various functional and thematic areas of global cooperation.
- Contribute to impactful projects within specific departments such as Business Development, Digital and Data, Events, or Communication.
- Collaborate with experienced professionals to develop a diverse skill set and build communities of action.
- Support the Forum's mission by engaging with stakeholders and helping solve shared global challenges.
- Work within core enabling functions including Finance, People and Culture, Legal, or Operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Maximum of 3 years of cumulative work experience (including internships).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving ability and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work effectively in diverse, multicultural teams.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits
- 6-month full-time onsite employment contract.
- Monthly gross compensation provided based on location (CHF, CNY, INR, or JPY).
