About the role

Responsibilities

  • Gain hands-on experience across various functional and thematic areas of global cooperation.
  • Contribute to impactful projects within specific departments such as Business Development, Digital and Data, Events, or Communication.
  • Collaborate with experienced professionals to develop a diverse skill set and build communities of action.
  • Support the Forum's mission by engaging with stakeholders and helping solve shared global challenges.
  • Work within core enabling functions including Finance, People and Culture, Legal, or Operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Maximum of 3 years of cumulative work experience (including internships).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving ability and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work effectively in diverse, multicultural teams.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits

  • 6-month full-time onsite employment contract.
  • Monthly gross compensation provided based on location (CHF, CNY, INR, or JPY).
  • Opportunity to work in global hubs including Geneva, Beijing, Mumbai, or Tokyo.
  • Work authorization support available for Geneva-based roles only.
