Responsibilities

• Contribute to day-to-day team operations and special projects
• Learn and apply company tools, systems, and best practices
• Collaborate cross-functionally to help meet team and company goals
• Analyze information and provide data-driven insights or recommendations
• Prepare presentations, reports, or documentation as needed
• Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and development workshops

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) completed within the last 0–2 years
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn
