About the role
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the business to develop early careers job descriptions
- Build acquisitions on the Attraction Tracking System (ATS)
- Manage relationships and adverts with external providers like Gradcracker
- Run virtual attraction events including webinars and online events
- Screen initial applications for graduate and apprentice vacancies
- Manage assessment days across various UK locations
- Design and implement onboarding campaigns and 'keep warm' activities
- Support the development of induction events and regional onboarding
- Manage candidate queries regarding starting with the company
- Ensure compliance with right to work documentation and government guidelines
Requirements
- Proactive and eager to learn
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in recruitment lifecycle (attraction, selection, onboarding)
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
